IYANU LIVE
Iyanu Live! Band is a versatile and dynamic World Beats and Gospel music band that has been creating memorable Gospel and worship music across 13 countries and in five languages over the past decade.
The Iyanu Live! Band is led by Idowu Francis Kayode-Ojo, and has released four albums, including Risen Glory (2022), Praise Thru Pandemic (2020), Santificado (2019), and M’Opewa (2016).
Iyanu Live is set to release a new album titled “Seasons of Praise 2023” in February 2025 which includes live recordings from the band’s live concert held in August 2023 at the Bowie Center For The Performing Arts located in Bowie, MD. Seasons of Praise 2023 was a night of soul-stirring contemporary gospel and worship music, featuring live performances, accompanied by a 22-person orchestra, 11 contemporary band members, an African percussions ensemble, 12 background vocals, a dance troupe (choreography), plus a lead vocal. The album features live performances by Iyanu Live!, Aretha Harden, Amoke, Nath (Rap), Ksticks (Music Director), Jumbo, and Jedi (MC/Compere).
Members of the Iyanu Live! Band are very active in their local community and they host a monthly United In Praise and Worship (UIPW) music fellowship at the Dove Studios in Bowie, MD.
